Event Support

Tapovani supports charities, temples, non-profits, cultural groups, and community organizations in planning and hosting concerts, fundraisers, cultural programs, and community events. Our goal is to help organizations bring their ideas to life in a professional, organized, and accessible way, even if they do not have prior event-planning or production experience.

Our event support can include help with event structure, performer coordination, program planning, audio-visual setup, production planning, stage flow, technical consultation, and day-of-event support. We can also assist organizations in understanding what equipment, microphones, sound systems, lighting, and technical staffing may be needed for their venue and type of event.

With Tapovani’s support, an event can move from a simple idea into a clear plan. This may include an initial consultation to understand the purpose of the event, planning the format and timeline, coordinating performers or speakers, reviewing venue and technical needs, preparing the event flow, and supporting setup and execution on the day of the program.

The types of events we support may include Indian classical music concerts, Carnatic and Hindustani performances, semi-classical programs, devotional music, dance, folk music, film songs, western music, fusion performances, fundraising concerts, and community arts events.

For larger events, concerts, or fundraisers, we recommend contacting Tapovani at least 2 to 6 months in advance. For smaller programs or technical consultations, 3 to 6 weeks’ notice may be enough depending on the size of the event, venue and the support required. Earlier contact allows more time for proper planning, performer coordination, venue preparation, and technical review.
